Matthew will perform Bjorn Berkhout's marimba concerto, Tides and Riptides for Marimba, Wooblocks, and Orchestra, with the Queer Urban Orchestra in NYC in May, 2019!
During the 2018-2019 season Matthew performs on cimbalom with the Middleton Community Orchestra and the Wisconsin Chamber Orchestra.
During the 2017-2018 season Heartland Marimba had more than 60 events!!
The Heartland Marimba Quartet just reached its 70th performance together in just 2 years.
Clocks in Motion has four tours in the 2018-2019 season bringing them to perform in WI, IN, MN, IA, MI, PA, and OH. Additionally, they premiered a new micro-concerto for piano and percussion quartet by David Colson!
Matthew performs his Bach, WTCii project at solo concerts at Millikin University, Kansas State University, and Southern Illinois University-Edwardsville in 2019.
Matthew will record his composition, Elucidatrix, with the Radford University Percussion Ensemble in 2019.
